Hi, I'm Kristyn, a professionally trained chef and health coach. I believe that wellness should be self-influenced with confidence in navigating information and opinions.

What does this mean? Simply put, I help people find confidence in their wellness practice and build the skills to self-lead. We work together to help you become the CEO of your body so you can take charge of your health once and for all.

Making wellness achievable by:

Food education: Learning why to eat something and how to source and best utilize ingredients is just as beneficial as learning what to eat. You will learn the ins-and-outs of food so you can confidently make bio-individual nutritional choices to support your health goals.

Habit stacking: Let’s take the following example: If your overarching goal is to be a runner, you can’t just run daily and be successful. You may also need to stretch, get proper hydration and electrolytes, strengthen your core, get appropriate shoes, etc. Adding supplemental habits that build on each other and breaking down big goals into smaller, actional steps is key to achieving health goals.

Research and self-advocacy: Navigating a world of information overload AND opinion overload – I believe in teaching my clients to form empowered opinions for themselves. Learning how to check sources, ask for sources, and find/decipher reliable information is a key part of our process.

Energetic tools: Think “mindset” work, but deeper. We focus on shifting the energy we approach habits/conversations/decisions with and the underlying belief systems that shape our reality to best support the health and lifestyle changes you are wanting to make.

Fusing her background in the culinary and psychology fields, as well as drawing from her own experiences in seeking health guidance and support for Lyme disease and chronic Epstein Barr Virus. Kristyn teaches women to trust themselves again and reclaim power in their health through nutrition, psychology, habit stacking, and intuitive energy work.
