Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso with Oat Milk Recipe

Brown sugar syrup:
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Add all ingredients together in a small pot. Boil until sugar is dissolved, about two minutes. Let cool.

Shaken espresso:
2-3 T brown sugar syrup
2 espresso shots
1/4 cup oat milk*

In a jar with ice, add syrup and espresso, and cap with lid. Shake for a minute, until foamy.

Pour in cup over (more) ice. Top with oat milk.

Pro tip: foam the oat milk with a frother before adding for some extra froth.

*Add more oat milk if you like it creamier. Want it sweeter? Add maple to your oat milk
